› Learn MoreBCHC is bringing healthcare to your neighborhood. If you haven’t seen a health care provider lately, it’s time to get a check-up! Your body doesn’t have a “check engine” light like your car to tell you something isn’t right. But a primary care provider (PCP) visit can help prevent or diagnose important health issues. Berks Community Health Center has partnered with several organizations throughout Berks County to bring the Wellness on Wheels Mobile Medical Unit to you. Scroll down for a location near you!
The mobile unit will be offering primary care services for ages 12 and up including:
Appointments are required for the Mobile Unit. Please call for an appointment – 610-988-4838 ext. 1266
For primary care appointments, your insurance provider will be billed for the visit. If you do not have insurance, you will be provided a sliding fee application to see what your cost will be based on your family size and income.
For COVID and flu vaccines, there is no out-of-pocket cost for you. However, please bring your health insurance card with you so we can bill your insurer for an administration fee for the vaccine. You will not be responsible for vaccination charges not covered by your insurance. If you do not have insurance, we will not charge you an administration fee.
