Erin K. Woltjen, MSN, CPNP-PC

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Erin Woltjen brings an array of experience to her role at BCHC.  Most recently, she was a primary care provider at All About Children Pediatric Partners in West Reading. A graduate of the Reading Hospital School of Nursing, she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing, and her Master’s of Science in Nursing and certification as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Drexel University in Philadelphia.  Also from Drexel, she was awarded an Advance Certificate in Complementary and Integrative Therapies. She has previous experience as a Labor and Delivery RN, a school nurse at the Daniel Boone Area School District, and was a Breastfeeding Trainer and Educator with the American Academy of Pediatrics’ and Pennsylvania Department of Health’s EPIC program.
