Staff Development Infection Control Nurse – RN

The Staff Development Coordinator will plan, coordinate and deliver standardized orientation and training programs to a diverse employee population for clinical, patient services, dental, provider and administrative staff.  The Coordinator will ensure employees have a firm grasp of their job description and the expectations of their position. Actively support BCHC in its efforts to maintain its designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH). Participate actively in BCHC’s mission to provide exceptional patient-centered primary and preventive healthcare for all residents of Berks County, regardless of patient status.  Participates in the development of the infection prevention and control program and ensures that employees receive and adhere to infection control and safety, policies, standards of conduct and provides compliance training and education, as well as other training necessary to perform their job duties.
