BCHC Updates our Electronic Medical Record System

Exciting Update for Our Patients!  

Berks Community Health Center (BCHC) has partnered with Tower Health to share the same MyChart Patient Portal for your convenience. Many of our patients also visit Tower Health, so this change makes it easier for you to manage your care in one place. You will be able to login through Tower Health’s portal or BCHC’s portal MyClinicalCarePortal.com/BCHC and obtain the same information.

Through MyChart, you can:

  • View upcoming appointments
  • Check prescriptions
  • Access your medical records
  • Communicate with your care team

                …all for both BCHC and Tower Health services.

Important: BCHC and Tower Health remain two separate organizations. We are simply sharing the same portal to make your experience smoother and more connected.

Already enrolled in MyChart? You do not need to do anything further. You will automatically have access to your BCHC care.

Not already enrolled in Tower Health’s MyChart and need help enrolling? If you are not currently enrolled in MyChart, we are happy to provide you assistance.  Please ask a member of your care team how you can enroll and enjoy the many benefits it provides.

Our mission is to provide care for all. If you were unable to renew your Pennie insurance due to higher premiums or costs, please visit our website to learn about our sliding fee discount program. An appointment at BCHC may be more affordable than you think.
