Isaiah Adio, DBA

Dr. Isaiah Adio is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at BCHC, bringing over 25 years of experience to the role. He is responsible for aligning information technology with the organization’s business strategy and managing the IT infrastructure at BCHC. His duties include overseeing the digital strategy, modernization initiatives, and technological innovations, all aimed at supporting the center’s objectives and fulfilling its mission and vision. Additionally, Dr. Adio supervises several critical technology functions within the organization, which include ensuring the security of our information systems through effective cybersecurity measures and managing the IT networking infrastructure to facilitate seamless communication and connectivity.

Dr. Isaiah Adio has extensive executive-level experience in Information Technology and has successfully led teams supporting a variety of organizations. His professional background includes work with the United States Department of Commerce, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Santander Bank, Fulton Bank, and Ovation Pharmaceuticals. He has also collaborated with several non-profit healthcare organizations, including the Children’s Home of Reading, the Miller-Keystone Blood Center, and, currently, the Berks Community Health Center. His global work experiences have helped him develop a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and global development.

Dr. Adio has extensive experience in leadership, research, process management, logistics, Information Technology, and organizational management. He is also an Author, Motivational Speaker, and Mentor that speaks at different seminars on a regular basis. Dr. Isaiah Adio holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from California Southern University. He also has a master’s degree in information systems from Minot State University in North Dakota and a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Additionally, Dr. Adio has obtained several professional IT certifications. Since relocating to Pennsylvania in 2004, he and his wife, Olayemi, have raised three children together. Dr. Adio is committed to his community through his volunteer work as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Open Door International Inc. in Reading, Pennsylvania, and as the Parish Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, also located in Reading, Pennsylvania.
