Junelle Jacob

Junelle A. Jacob brings over a decade of experience in human resources management to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined BCHC in 2022 as Director of Human Resources after previous experience at ProMedica Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, Reading Hospital Tower Health, Pediatric Specialty Care & Elderwood Senior Living, and Open Systems Healthcare. Junelle is committed to fostering a workplace environment that emphasizes respect, quality, and integrity.

Junelle’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Healthcare Administration and an Associate degree in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration, set to graduate in 2025. Junelle is an active member of the Berks County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), staying up to date on industry best practices and innovations.
