Franklina Williams, MSN, FNP-C

Franklina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. She brings a strong foundation in clinical assessment, care plan development, and patient education to BCHC, along with eight years of experience as a registered nurse caring for diverse patient populations. Franklina earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and maintains certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Her clinical training spans adult primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, and family medicine, giving her the skills to care for patients and families across every stage of life. Franklina is proud to bring her knowledge and clinical expertise to Berks Community Health Center, where she looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and helping them and their families achieve their best health.
