Manifay Sesay, FNP-BC

Manifay Sesay is an experienced nursing professional who returns to Berks Community Health Center after serving as Clinical Nurse Manager from 2019-2021. She has experience as a Registered Nurse at Genesis Healthcare & Penn State Health-St Joseph Hospital, with vast experience in home health care, geriatric care and in mental health working through various local nursing agencies. Her background of clinical leadership, patient-centered care and healthcare quality improvement are a great asset to BCHC. Manifay completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the Pennsylvania College of Health Science in 2024. She is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Nurses Association.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Manifay is deeply involved in community service. As a former Vice President of the Sierra Leone Association of Reading, she has led humanitarian initiatives supporting food distribution, medical supply donations, and disaster relief efforts locally and abroad. Both her professional work and personal life demonstrate a deep commitment to compassion and community service.
