Berks Community Health Center offers your entire family primary and preventive health care services. Primary care is your first stop for health care. Your Primary Care Provider (PCP) need to get to know you. They are your first contact and main point of contact for all continuing care. You are the most important member of your health care team!

Primary care is the day-to-day healthcare given by one of our board-certified family physicians or nurse practitioners.  A PCP encourages effective communication with you. They want you to be an active partner in your own health care.

Primary care includes diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, health promotion and education, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, and coordination with specialists. Disease prevention, including vaccinations and screenings, is very important.
