Laura Mattavi

Laura Mattavi is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with extensive success leading financial strategy and managing operations. Prior to coming to BCHC she was the CFO of the OAA Orthopaedic Specialists in Allentown. She has also served as CFO at Holy Family Senior Living in Bethlehem and Prospectus Berco in Reading. Laura earned a Business of Healthcare Specialization Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania and is recognized as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). She received her MBA from Kennesaw State University in Georgia after graduating with her BS in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. Laura is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Chief, the largest network for women executives. She is an influential communicator and strategic minded leader with broad experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting as well as specialized experience in healthcare and nonprofit finance.
