The crisis has deeply affected families\, increased risks for children\, and added pressure to agencies responsible for inves tigating cases of abuse and neglect.\n\nIn our reporting\, we’ve heard f rom parents\, advocates\, and other community members who want greater tra nsparency and a larger role in these settlement decisions. Now we’re con tinuing those conversations.\n\nJoin us for a live discussion on how the o pioid epidemic has affected families\, and how they want to see the settle ment money used. We’ll hear directly from those impacted by the issue an d share tools that have increased transparency and accountability.
